Should i buy from tcgplayer

Products used: had 4 sales of boxes that had been reboxed and they refused my returns. I went through various emails, back and forth, even showing proof of the charge that was made for said cards. They tell me that it was from previous cards from that list, which is total BS because i meticulously checked off every card after a successful purchase. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Literally useless customer support Literally useless customer support, Same fees as eBay, no good way to message sellers, no seller protection against harassing buyers, no seller protection, braindead and slow customer service don't think they even should be called customer service reps, because they don't even know what that means , and an overall terrible platform.
