Dec 29, 2, 0 0. I've had mine shaken many times and it's always come back to it's original condition. It may take a few days or so but it's always good in the end. The time it takes to warm up the lamp also depends on the outside ambient temp.

During the wintertime i've had the lamp in rather cold conditions and it takes longer. During the summer it takes less time. I've also had the lamp on for months at a time and it never clumps up.

BTW, my original lamp is almost 21 years old or so. My second one is 8 years old. Both made by the original maker of lamps.
